1. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the figures you list or represent as owned, the condition and authenticity of items you offer, your communications, your shipping decisions, and your conduct with other collectors. You agree not to misrepresent ownership, use fraudulent photos or tracking information, impersonate another person, or use Elite Figs to facilitate unlawful activity.

2. User-to-User Trades

Any trade, exchange, shipment, payment, or other arrangement made between collectors is solely between those users. Elite Figs does not act as buyer, seller, broker, escrow agent, insurer, carrier, authenticator, or guarantor of a transaction. Users are responsible for deciding whether and how to proceed with a trade.

3. Verification Features

Elite Figs may provide verification photos, timestamps, usernames, matching logic, and carrier-tracking checks as platform features. These tools are intended to reduce fraud, not eliminate it. A verification result does not constitute a guarantee that an item is authentic, that a user owns it, or that a shipment will be delivered.

4. Fraud and Prohibited Conduct

Do not upload deceptive verification photos, claim ownership of figures you do not possess, submit another user's evidence, provide false tracking information, attempt to bypass trade controls, solicit payment outside an agreed protected process, harass another collector, or otherwise defraud or abuse another user.

5. Reporting Users

You may report suspected fraud, abuse, harassment, false ownership claims, counterfeit items, deceptive evidence, or other prohibited conduct through the Report a Collector feature. Reports should be truthful and made in good faith. Elite Figs may review reports, request additional information, restrict accounts, remove content, cancel or restrict trades, or take other reasonable action, but does not guarantee that every report will result in a particular outcome.

6. Platform Availability and No Warranty

Elite Figs is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every catalog record, match, message, verification result, or tracking status will be accurate or available at all times.

7. Release of Claims

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release Elite Figs and its operator, owners, administrators, contractors, and service providers from claims arising from disputes or transactions between users, including loss, damage, fraud, misrepresentation, non-delivery, damage during shipping, counterfeit or inaccurate items, or a user's failure to perform a trade. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Figs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or property arising from use of the platform or user-to-user activity. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not waive non-waivable rights or liability.

9. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elite Figs and its operator from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful conduct, your content, or your transactions and disputes with other users.

10. Enforcement

Elite Figs may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, disable trading privileges, restrict communications, cancel or restrict trades, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or comply with law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Elite Figs evolves. When material changes are made, we may require users to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use affected features.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the operator and platform, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you. The final governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions should be reviewed and completed by qualified counsel before launch.
